私隱政策
親愛的會員：
我們尊重閣下個人私隱，維護閣下個人私隱得到保密，並嚴格遵守香港特別行政區法例第486章《個人資料（私隱）條例》的規定，且同時訂立本政策，目的為閣下闡明Body Glow如何收集、使用、披露及保留閣下的個人資料。
1) 收集個人資料
閣下向我們申請使用服務，我們可能會進行評估及核實您的個人資料。於某些情況下，我們會採用市場普遍接受的慣用方法核實您提供的資料，又或核對我們之前記存的資料。此外，我們亦可能要求閣下出示個人身份證明文件及/或地址證明等文件正本，相關資料經核對無誤後方始使用。我們收集個人資料的類型將取決於您與我們交易的性質。
我們可能會收集您的個人資料：
- 當您使用手機應用程式或網站登記註冊成為我們會員；
- 當您登記註冊使用及/或輸入信息到任何我們的互動服務（例如：我們的社交媒體）；
- 當您使用本網站報名參加我們的任何活動；
- 當您使用本網站向我們選購療程和服務；及
- 當您使用本網站與我們聯絡。
我們可能透過任何我們的隸屬、聯營、相關、附屬公司及/或由我們的最終控股公司共同控制的公司（“集團公司”），從其他來源，收集您的個人資料，包括：

根據私隱條例規定，我們公司及/或集團公司在未經閣下同意的情況下並不會使用閣下的個人資料作直銷用途，如果您不希望我們公司及/或集團公司將您的個人資料用於直接促銷，您可以在提供您的個人資料時勾選相關的方框表示反對。如閣下同意，我們及/或集團公司會使用閣下的聯絡資料如姓名、電話號碼、WhatsApp賬號及ID、電郵地址、通訊地址及/或住宅地址等用作向閣下提供我們及集團公司的市場營銷和宣傳材料、活動信息和網上購物項目。
2.1 個人資料的使用
我們可使用和保留您提供的個人資料作以下任何用途，以及作雙方不時協定或法律規定的其他用途：我們收集您的個人資料，以便我們能夠提供我們的產品和服務，並經營業務。例如：
a.為您提供我們及/或集團公司的各種產品和服務，及/或在得到你的同意下，為您提供我們及/或集團公司的市場營銷和宣傳材料、活動信息和網上購物的項目；
- 以便處理和跟進服務電話、查詢和投訴；
- 有關行政通知及有關您使用本網站的通訊而聯絡您及回應您的查詢或要求；

2.2個人資料披露

- 在我們認為有必要，以維持和改善我們的服務的情況下。
3) 個人資料的保留及安全
保護您被收集的個人資料是我們的一個優先事項。我們會努力確保您的個人資料將受保護防止未經授權的查閱。我們已經實施了適當的電子和管理措施，以便保障、保護和確保您的個人資料。
我們的總部設於香港。您的個人資料可能在香港或世界其他地區被我們查閱或被我們轉移到任何以上所提之第三方公司及被該第三方查閱。您所提供的所有個人資料將會被加密，並轉移至我們的伺服器或我們正式授權第三方的伺服器內。該等個人資料只能由我們自己或我們授權的第三方人員查閱，而該等人員將被指示在查閱這些個人資料時，必須遵守本私隱聲明的條款。

4) 透過自動方式收集的資料

如您想查閱或修改您的個人資料，我們可能會要求您提供個人詳細資料，以核實您的身份。我們將盡力在10個工作天內回應您的要求。根據條例第28條，本公司可能會因此向您收取合理費用。

Dear Member,
We are committed to trying our best to observe the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong (Cap.486) (“the Ordinance”) in relation to collecting, maintaining and using your personal data.
1) Collection of personal data
Your application for our services may be subject to credit assessment and verification of your personal details. If we regard results of such checking is unsatisfactory, we will not enter into an agreement with you. Under certain circumstances, data provided by you will be validated by using generally accepted practice. We may also require you to show the original documentation before the data may be used, such as personal identification document and/or proof of address.
We may collect personal data from you including, but not limited to:
a.When you register for our membership via mobile app or website;
b.When you register to use and/or enter information into, any of our interactive or online services (for example, our social media platforms);
c.When you register to attend any of our events;
d.When you purchase treatments, products and services from us; and
e.When you correspond with us, using this website, or any other means.
We may, ourselves or through any of our affiliated, associated, related, subsidiary companies and/or companies under the common control of our ultimate holding company (the “Group Companies”), also collect your personal data from a variety of other sources including, but not limited to, from:
a.You directly;
b.You when you visit other websites operated by a Group Company, use services or products offered by us or a Group Company, or make a purchase from us or a Group Company; and
c.Commercially available sources.
In addition to any other details, we may collect:
a.Account registration information, including your name, title, contact numbers (mobile), postal address and email address;
b.Billing information, transaction and credit card information (if you make a purchase from us);
c.Records of correspondence between you and us; and

All information we collect about you, and all information collected by a Group Company about you, may be combined with other information about you held by us or any Group Company. Please take note that most of the products and services, information, and marketing and promotional materials provided on our Website are not directed towards children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain the consent of your parent or guardian before providing us with any of your personal data.
2)Personal Information Collection, Usage and Disclosure, etc
As a customer of our company, or a visitor or user of our website(s), it may be necessary for you to provide us with your personal data when you apply to us and/or continue to subscribe with us for any service and/or product. If your personal data is incomplete or incorrect, we may not be able to provide or continue to provide the services to you. We shall keep your personal data confidential at all times. Our policies and practices with respect to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, security and access of personal data will be in accordance with requirements under the Ordinance and this Statement.
In compliance with the Ordinance, our company and/or Group Companies will not disclose your personal data for direct marketing purposes without your consent. If you do not wish to have your personal data used by our company and/or Group Companies for direct marketing purposes, you may at the time of provision of your personal data tick the relevant box to indicate your objection. If you consent, we and/or our Group Companies will use your contact information such as name, telephone number(s), WhatsApp ID, email address, correspondence address and/or residential address etc. to provide you with marketing and promotional materials, event information and e-shopping items of us and/or Group Companies.
2.1 Use of Personal Data
We may use and retain the personal data provided by you for the following purposes and for other purposes as shall be agreed between you and us or required by law from time to time: We collect your personal data so that we can provide our products and services, and also conduct our business. The uses include, but are not limited to:
a.To provide you with various products and services offered by us and our Group Companies, and/or with your consent, to provide you with the marketing and promotional materials, event information and e-shopping items of us and/or Group Companies;
b.To handle and follow-up with service calls, enquiries and complaints;
c.To contact you regarding administrative notices and communications relevant to your use of the Website and to respond to your enquiry or request;
d.To assist us with developments for future marketing purposes and/or joint promotion events with third parties;
e.To verify the identities of the users of the Website; and
f.To obtain statistics about our users to analyze site usage in order to help its further development.
Although you are not obliged to provide the data or information as may be requested on the Website, failure to provide such data or information may result in our inability to provide you with our or our Group Companies’ products and services, information, or marketing and promotional materials.
2.2 Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to or with third parties. However, your personal data may be disclosed by us to other persons in the circumstances described below:
a.To any third party suppliers of products and services who have been duly authorized by us to use your personal data and who will facilitate our business. Our third party suppliers will be contractually bound to use your personal data in accordance with the terms of our service agreement with them, and all laws and regulations which apply to those third party suppliers in the territories in which they operate;

c.With your consent, to enable you to receive information about products and services offered by us and/or the Group Companies, and/or to enable us and/or the Group Companies to provide products and services to each other in the conduct of our respective businesses;
d.Where we deem it necessary to protect and defend our rights and property;
e.Where we consider we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
f.Where we deem necessary in order to maintain or improve our services.
3)Security of Personal Data
Protection of your personal data collected is a priority for us. We will always strive to ensure that your personal data will be protected against unauthorized access. We have implemented appropriate electronic and managerial measures in order to safeguard, protect and secure your personal data.
We are based in Hong Kong. Your personal data may be accessed by us or transferred by us to and accessed by any third parties listed above in Hong Kong or elsewhere in the world. All personal data provided by you will be encrypted and transferred to our servers or such other servers of third parties who are duly authorized by us. Such personal data are only accessible by our own or our authorized third party’s personnel who will be instructed to observe the terms of this Privacy Statement when accessing such personal data.
Although we will do our best to protect and secure your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted over the internet or any telecommunications networks, and you transfer your personal data to us at your own risk.
4)Cookies and Other Automated Means
Cookies are small pieces of information that your web browser stores on your computer or other Internet-connected device when you visit a website. We use cookies for a different purpose:
a.Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential, as they enable you to browse our website and use its features, such as accessing log-in or secured areas. These cookies cannot be switched off or otherwise the website would not work properly. However, these cookies do not store any personal data.
b.Functionality Cookies
These cookies are used to enhance your shopping experience. In the event that you wish to access or amend your personal data, we may request you to provide personal details in order to verify your identity. We will endeavour to respond to your request within ten business days. Under section 28 of the Ordinance, we may charge you a reasonable fee for doing so.
